One Of A Kind Retreat

One Of A Kind Retreat is a hilltop marvel with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It features 4 king bedrooms, 2 with ensuite baths and the other 2 share a bath, a cave themed bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a half bath in the hall, and an additional room upstairs with 4 sets of twin over queen bunk beds with a full bath in the hall. As you enter through the oversized front door, you will see a doggy door with a little room for your fur baby to get cozy and settle in for the vacation with the family! The living area is open and spacious leading into the well-appointed kitchen. 2 of the king suites are located downstairs. Outside, you will see the 1st of 3 decks. Yes, three! The 1st floor deck has plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the beautiful rock wall with a water feature. Enjoy a friendly game of Pickleball, (equipment is not provided, but feel free to bring your own!) relax by the fire pit, watch a little TV. On the 2nd floor, you will see lounge chairs for you to sit and read a book or work on your tan. You will see the stairs leading up to the rooftop deck where you will be amazed at the views and amenities! The rooftop deck has a television, hot tub, small putting green, bar, and set of swinging hammocks. You can overlook the action on Pickleball Court, relax in the hot tub, grill some burgers or steaks, or just sit and gaze at the amazing hilltop views. This wondrous beauty is aptly named, as it truly is a One Of A Kind Retreat!
