Having been lifelong residents of Hochatown, we know the ins & outs of the rental market, and we work to provide the highest level of integrity and service to our clients. Our strong personal value of acting as a partner with our owners is the foundation for our professional emphasis on putting our guests’ needs first. We either own or have owned a number of businesses in the Broken Bow and Hochatown area, all having direct connection to our tourist market, and we use cross marketing between our businesses.
BBLCR offers a comprehensive solution to all the hurdles and hassles of a vacation rental home, including marketing, fielding guest requests, and cleaning after every guest stay. While some companies offer some of these services, like advertising or housekeeping, a full-service manager like BBLCR does it all, so you have one bill, one go-to point of contact, and one company invested in your cabin’s success from end to end. As lifelong residents, we are our guests’ “personal concierge,” knowing the best places to go, eat, and have fun! We put all of the properties in our portfolio on AirBnb and VRBO at no extra charge to you, and we are relevant on all social media platforms and run a successful Adword campaign on Google.
We don’t nickel & dime you to death! We have an on call in house maintenance team, and when outside maintenance is required on your property, we negotiate the best price possible and pass that price on to you. WE DON’T ADD ON EXTRA FEES! We are very concerned with the maintenance of your unit, and we want your investment to grow and to have our guests have the best experience possible in your property. We have 24 hour on call after hours assistance for all our guests.
Our management fees are very reasonable and lower than most. We provide all the towels and linens for your property, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and bath soap, and light bulbs. We charge the guest the indoor and outdoor cleaning fee so that money never comes out of your pocket. We believe that the cleanliness of your cabin is one of the most important factors, and we have an excellent cleaning team with experienced cleaners and cabin inspectors that inspect all the cabins for our guest’s arrival and departure.
As a full service management company, you can enjoy your time at your property without working or doing repairs, and be assured that your investment will be maintained.
