How do we find our cabin?
The cabin directions are sent out 14 days before your arrival after the balance is paid in full. DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS TO FIND YOUR CABIN. Please use the cabin directions provided in your email.
When is my payment taken?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of your reservation total is required at the time of booking to reserve your cabin. 14 days prior to your arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rentals will send you a confirmation email with directions, and a key code for entry. PRINT this email and bring it with you. It will also have all of our contact information.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
The deposit is a non-refundable deposit. You can move your deposit up to 14 days before your check-in date to a different cabin or date, as long as it is in the same calendar year. You MUST call to change or cancel your reservation. Our number is (580) 212-0910. If you do not contact us before the 14th day from arrival, you will be charged the full amount for your reservation. After the 14-day period, the entire reservation is non-refundable and cannot be moved or canceled.
Are pets allowed?

What time do we check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. We do offer early check-in or late check-out. This cannot be added until the week of your reservation. If there is a turnaround we do not allow early check-in or late check-out.
Are there any cabins on Broken Bow Lake?
Broken Bow Lake is owned by the Corps of Engineers. They do not allow any construction on the Lake. However, our cabins are within 5 minutes, some less, of boat ramp access to the lake, trout fishing areas, Beavers Bend State Park, hiking trails, restaurants, banking, and entertainment.
Do we need a fishing license?
Everyone 14 and over is required to hold a valid fishing license. All ages are required to hold a valid trout stamp when trout fishing in Mt. Fork River. A permanent or temporary fishing license and trout stamp may be purchased at Wal-Mart, most convenience stores in the Hochatown area or Beavers Bend State Park office. Beavers Bend Property Management can provide fishing guide service information and you can visit www.mcta2.com for further fishing information.
What do we need to bring with us?
The weather in Southeastern Oklahoma is similar to Dallas and Northeastern Texas. We recommend you bring sunscreen, insect repellant, light jackets in the spring and fall, and cold weather wear in the winter months. There are many hiking and bike trails around Beavers Bend State Park, ATV trails. You cannot access ATV trails from the cabins but can trailer your ATV to the trails that are minutes away.
What are the cabins stocked with?
Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rentals stocks their cabins with all start supplies. This includes toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. All of the kitchens are stocked with kitchen essentials. This includes cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, cooking sheets, coffee maker, etc. Many of the larger cabins have crockpots. All of the cabins come with linens, towels, comforters, pillows, etc.
Where can we buy groceries?
You can purchase your groceries at Pruett’s Food in Broken Bow. The address is 201 S Park Dr, Broken Bow, OK 74728. There is also a small Wal-Mart located in Broken Bow. However, they do not have a produce section. We recommend getting your groceries at Pruett’s Food.
How do we check-in?
There are no check-in procedures. You do not have to come by our office to check-in
