Discover the serenity of the Ouachita National Forest at Night Owl, a brand-new, pet-free cabin completed in 2022. Nestled among towering pines and hardwoods at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, this luxurious retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Just minutes from the heart of Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and numerous local attractions, Night Owl is the perfect escape for couples and families seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Space
Professionally designed and furnished, Night Owl offers a bright and modern open layout with soaring ceilings that create an airy, inviting atmosphere. The living room features a wall of windows that frame stunning views of the surrounding forest. Relax on the cozy sectional sofa and chairs while enjoying the warm glow of the fireplace (available October-May) and watching your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV.

Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample cabinet space. The central island seats 4 guests, making it a great spot for casual breakfasts or snacks. Gather around the 8-person dining table for family meals, and take advantage of the adjacent coffee and wet bar for your morning brew or evening cocktails.

Master Suite 1: Retreat to the first master suite, where you'll find a king-size Nectar medium-firm mattress dressed in modern luxury linens, a 55" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Hair and body care products from Public Goods are provided for your convenience. Step out onto your private patio deck, which faces the tranquil timberland—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening.

Master Suite 2: The second master suite mirrors the luxury of the first, with a king-size Nectar medium-firm mattress, 55" Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet.

Bunk Room & Game Room: The bunk room is a haven for kids, featuring 4 custom built-in twin beds, each with its own light and power outlet, plus a 55" Smart TV. The room doubles as a game room, where you can challenge each other to a game of shuffleboard or enjoy the video arcade, which offers over 60 classic games.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the cabin’s thoughtfully curated outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee on one of the three large decks overlooking the wooded timberland and seasonal creek. Watch the big game on the 65" Smart TV while cozying up by the outdoor fireplace or grill up a family feast to share around the outdoor dining table.

After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, which accommodates up to six guests. Relax with a book, or gather with friends at the conversation seating area for a glass of wine. A few steps off the deck, the fire pit area is perfect for roasting marshmallows and making memories under the stars. The outdoor space also features corn hole, ladder ball, and two custom saucer swings for enjoying the breeze.

Amenities & Additional Information
Night Owl’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including pots, pans, and more. Bed linens, bath towels, and hot tub towels are provided, along with a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, toiletries, and toilet tissue. The gas fireplaces are available seasonally from October through May. This cabin is not pet friendly. If you bring a pet there is a $500 fine.
