Memories never fade is the perfect vacation spot for adults and kids alike! Located at the end of a culdesac, you will feel completely secluded while being in the heart of Hochatown. Kids will be fully entertained by the half basketball court, play ground with 4 swings, rock wall and slide, arcade games, and exploring nature and the creek on the property. Adults will love the large wrap around porch with plenty of places to relax like the porch bed swing and outdoor living area, complete with a fireplace and hot tub. Spend family time around the fire pit or playing horse shoes and corn hole.

The covered grill deck is equipped with a gas grill and pellet smoker allowing you to do everything from grilling burgers to smoking a brisket.


Inside the cabin, you will find an open concept living room, well stocked kitchen with a large island, and dining table for 8. This beautiful cabin has two primary suites and a bunk room with its own full bath. The bunk room has a queen over queen bunk and a twin over twin. Each bunk has its own private TV and wireless headphones. The two primary suites each have a king bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with soaker tub, large walk in shower, and double vanity. The kitchen has a coffee pot and a Keurig.

Peaceful retreat with unlimited family friendly activities!

We spent a week at Memories Never Fade and none of us were ready to leave! A few of my favorite features: *The cabin is extremely private. Fully surrounded by trees and when you are sitting on any of the three covered porches you are able fully relax in nature. Can’t beat the huge swing to get comfy and read a book with your coffee or the hot tub to enjoy your evening wine! Two families can fully share the house and have their own space - comfy king beds and the en-suite bathrooms are huge and beautiful! Kitchen is fully stocked and modern Living room is comfy and dining fits spaces for 12 My kids loved the bunk room with TVs, playground, basketball court and many games and trails to explore! Activities we enjoyed: 5 mins to new casino 10 mins to launch a boat on beautiful lake 15 minutes to horseback riding 10 minutes to guided trout fishing on River with Broken Bow Trout Pro- loved it! 5 minutes to ice cream shop and many great restaurant options 5 minutes to 3 wineries We will be back to rent again in the Fall to enjoy many more nearby activities

Best Stay Ever!!

Had the BEST weekend!! This is the most beautiful place I have seen and has so much fun for both adults and kids. From lighted Basketball court, lighted hot tub, swings, rock wall, slide, horseshoes, corn hole boards, wrap around porch, fire pit, indoor arcades, board games and cooking shack they have thought of it all!! Surrounded by beautiful trees and nature it is so peaceful and relaxing. I loved watching my grandchildren enjoy the outdoors and all the amenities. They did not want to leave and neither did I! Can’t wait to go back. If you want a memorable family get away this is the place to book!! ❤️❤️

Amazing experience

Our family stayed here for spring break and this cabin did not disappoint! The basketball court and outdoor rock wall and swings allowed the kids to roam outside while the adults relaxed! They even had a covered outdoor cook shack with grill and smoker which allowed us to cook on the rainy day! This cabin had more amenities than any others, they thought of it all! Not to mention the beds were so comfortable! Enjoyed watching the deer from the porch in the morning too! Will definitely come back to stay!
